Note: This is a waaaay overdue post. And you have to say the title like Janice from Friends :)
On Monday March 8th I was "sick" from school. The best way to get better from being "sick" from school is to spend a day with adorable little Wyatt! I really wasn't sick at all (I wouldn't be around Wy if I was sick for fear I'd get him sick) but Emily needed some extra help that week because Jacob was in College Station all week for training and a class for work. It actually worked out perfectly because she and I had run a 1/2 marathon the day before and so it was nice to have a relaxing Monday (sorry Emily)! It was
so relaxing, in fact, that by the time Emily got home from school I still hadn't gotten a chance to change Wyatt out of his pjs! Oops! We just hung around the Hoffart's house and here are a few pics of what we did:
Here's the happy wake-up boy from his morning nap! He did a good job of taking naps on this particular day. I napped while he took his morning nap and then during his afternoon nap I showered and got dressed for the day...so what it if was in the afternoon!

Checking on things out his bedroom windows. He knocked and knocked...there wasn't anyone outside, but he still did some knocking and posed for a picture!

Time to work on Max's hair. Max isn't really supposed to be on the furniture, but he was at the perfect height for Wy to work on him. I love the concentration on Wy's face as he's working on his hair. Max and Wy sure do love each other.

A boy and his dog!

Up next - breakfast. Wyatt ate some apple sauce and cereal and then I scrambled an egg for him. He loved it. As you can see it started off nice and neat...

...and then soon turned into quite a mess! Luckily Max was on standby for clean-up duty.

Did I mention he liked his egg? I turned around and saw him doing this and about cracked up laughing! Seriously, Wyatt?!

Too cute. And egg was everywhere.

We then played in the living room and watched one of Wyatt's "movies." He sure loves his "movies." For some reason when I took this the screen was full of flowers and Wyatt is intently watching...not very masculine...oops.

We were still playing in the living room when all of a sudden Emily pulled into the driveway! I couldn't believe she was home so early and thought about running Wyatt into his room to change him into some clothes but thought what the heck. He was happy as could be and Emily didn't seem to mind!

I absolutely love spending time with Wyatt. He's so funny and is getting funnier and smarter every day. Some of my favorites are his waving (he waves and waves and waves at people) and his sign language - more and please. His sign for please is absolutely the most adorable thing ever. I'll try to work on taking a video of it and either posting it here or on Emily's blog.
